Hi, we are Seth and Amanda Stark and we have served with the International Mission Board for 8 years across various locations. Presently, we live about 30 minutes south of London, England. We became connected with Cross Church in 2014 when Seth was in the School of Ministry and then we both served on staff until being sent out for the mission field.
We have served as church planters among Syrian refugees, but recently we were placed in the role of Human Resources Directors for the European Affinity of the International Mission Board. In this role, we are responsible for providing insight, care, and leadership for all our personnel in Europe. We work closely with our Medical, Member Care, and Education (for the kid’s in Europe) teams to help our people in Europe. Our goal is to see all our people on the field cared for medically, mentally, and for our families to be healthy and thriving.
